The Cumberland Beach & District Ratepayers Association was incorporated in 1958. In 1966, the land at Lakeside Dr. & Lee Ave. was purchased as a members-only park. 

For over 60 years the community has supported the Association by paying dues, maintaining the land, sitting as board members, and taking care of the park. 

As a not-for-profit corporation without share capital, the Association has members, not shareholders. The corporation exists “without the purpose of gain for its members”.

Annual dues are $25 per household. If you haven’t paid this year, please consider doing so. We need your help to ensure expenses are paid, including township taxes and liability insurance.
